The 28 Series Gate Valve line from Chicago Valves & Controls is designed for higher temperature/pressure applications like steam. The series is Class 800 rated and is available in either forged steel or 316L stainless-steel. The 28 Series valve line has a rising stem design with a bolted bonnet that houses the graphite valve packing. Valves are standard with threaded NPT ends but available in socket weld or thread x socket weld – call for details.
