Slip Hook, 3/8" GR43, Work Load 4000

These clevis hooks are heavy-duty hooks designed for connecting safety chains or transport binding chain, rope, or cables. Each clevis slip hook comes built with a hook pin and cotter pin for solid, easy coupling to a chain link or cable loop. Simply install with a screwdriver or pliers! The cargo chain hooks are constructed of heat-treated, high-strength forged steel for incredible mechanical performance. These slip and grab hooks promise secure fastening of chain connections or cabling during tie-down applications.

Grade 70 grab hooks are an ideal choice for heavy-duty binding, tie-downs, towing, and construction use. Hooks are self-colored and have higher load ratings than High Test or Proof Coil hooks.

Grade 43 slip/grab hooks are designed for applications such as wrecking chain connections, boomer chain fasteners, and other applications requiring higher strength ratios than Proof Coil chain hooks. Hooks are self-colored.

Note: Slip hooks are not designed for lifting or overhead hoisting.
