Continental Acme thread couplings are manufactured in a complete range of sizes for most applications including to and from storage, field nurse tanks, and NH3 applicators. The threaded NH3 couplers feature a superior hand tightening arrangement, eliminating the need for hammers or wrenches for securing a tight fit. The ACME nutshell is a rugged light-weight aluminum casting molded around a steel insert ensuring strength and reliability. A steel lock ring positions the nut for fast handling and protection of the sealing surface of stem.
