2-Piece Air Actuated Ball Valve, Stainless Steel, Double Acting, 2", 1000 PSI

Double Acting

These Stainless Air Actuated Valves incorporate a full port 2-piece stainless steel ball valve for great flow rates with minimal pressure drop. The valve features a blowout proof stem for added safety, reinforced PTFE seats and seals for longer life, and a 316 SS (ASTM CF8M) ball for better performance. Actuators are direct mounted creating a compact assembly for tight spaces.

DA double acting actuator models use an air supply to drive the valve open and closed. The actuator has two supply ports, with one driving the valve open and the other driving the valve closed.

  • Capable of being configured to fit most any application
  • Vented ball to reduce operating torque
  • Full port design reduces the pressure drop across the valve
  • Rated to 1000 PSI at 250° F. and 29" vacuum
  • 80 PSI required to actuate

Applications:
  • Gas or Liquid Flow Control
  • Ideal for Quick Bubble Tight Shut-Off

Also available with electric actuators (weather-proof or explosion-proof). Electric solenoids and limit switches.
