Air Operated Diaphragm Pumps, Flotronic®

The unique ‘One-Nut™’ design for this product family of Air Operated Double Diaphragm (AODD) pumps has a laundry list of benefits. Not only is the design space-saving, but it also delivers a more efficient pumping solution. The pioneering design offers quick and efficient disassembly without disconnecting the pump from the process piping. Additionally, the air valve block is a modular design that can be replaced by removing four bolts.

Wide variety of process applications for varying degrees of viscosity. Pumps will stall under dead-head scenario just like a traditional AODD design. The One-Nut™ Pump line from Flotronic® can pump chemicals, adhesives, cosmetics, drinks, dyes, foodstuff, paints, pharmaceuticals, and solvents. The product line has proven itself amongst some of the toughest industrial acids, hand creams, and various food products.
