Nylon Cam & Groove Dust Plugs are designed to mate with any cam lever coupling, whether metal or molded plastic, which is manufactured to Specification MIL-C-27487. This specification is the standard for cam lever style couplings.

Constructed of high-grade glass-reinforced nylon, these Type DP camlock dust plugs offer quick-connect convenience and long-lasting durability for demanding chemical, petroleum, or fertilizer applications. Nyglass camlock fittings are resistant to hydrocarbons, solvents, and most agricultural chemicals, but are not recommended for acid-based fertilizers. EPDM gaskets are standard and offer a wide range of chemical compatibility (Buna and Viton® seals also available). Nylon cam lever coupling operating pressures: 1-1/2" & 2" is 150 PSI; 3" is 125 PSI; & 4" is 75 PSI. Temperature range: -30° F to 200° F.

Type DP cam and groove dust plug fittings are available in sizes noted below. Always check chemical compatibility against product materials – Nyglass fittings not recommended for acid-based fertilizers.
