Hose Crimp Machine for Hydraulic & Industrial Hose

Mobile Crimper Machine from Gates is ideal for crimping High Pressure and Hydraulic hoses. Can be used with 1-wire or 2-wire hose from 1/4" to 1-1/4". Portable design allows for hose repairs in the shop or in the field with a variety of power pump options. Unique digital dial control. Just set the appropriate crimp setting, insert hose and crimp fitting into die and hold the start button until light comes on and buzzer sounds, this signals crimp is complete. Separate die sets are required for each hose size. (Note: Die sets are designed for Gates Mega crimp fittings which we sell separately).

The MC4-20C Crimper requires a pump power source and die sets for a complete machine. Required pump and die options are shown. All pumps have 10,000 PSI pressure rating.
