450 Series

Use these valves with your automatic boom shut-off systems to minimize respray into a previously sprayed areas. These unique flowback valves include a special port to direct some flow back to the spray tank when they are shut off. This "flowback" port allows the sprayer's boom to quickly dissipate residual spray pressure so the diaphragm check valves on each nozzle can close. These flowback valves will reduce pressure in the boom much more quickly than conventional shut-off valves (approximately one second versus 8-10 seconds), avoiding respray & saving valuable product.

• Nylon valve bodies & polypropylene manifold & balls.
• Manifold includes 2" Std. Port "Banjo" flanges; valve outlets are 1" FPT.

Flowback valves require special hose barb fitting & cap kits (Sold separately, see below).
