Quick Connect Coupling, 1/2" FPT, Less the male tip

One of the most popular agricultural couplers, the Pioneer 8250-4 hydraulic coupling allows the connection of the female body to a male tip while either one or both coupling components are under pressure. At the time of connection, the connect-under-pressure poppet valves in both halves remain closed, opening only when system pressure has been relieved in the female coupler body and then reapplied. The push connect design therefore allows these Pioneer quick connect hose couplers to be quickly and easily coupled for operation. The double acting sleeve even permits one-handed connection when the coupler is used as a clamp-mounted body. This hydraulic hose coupler may be used with either open center or closed center systems that have a control valve.

The quick connect hydraulic fittings are constructed of heavy-duty steel that is built to withstand the rigors of prolonged operation in a wide variety of hydraulic applications. A perfect option for hydraulic hose setups on tractors, harvesters, implements, and agricultural equipment and attachments requiring hydraulic breakaway.
