Micro Matic Pro-Blend is a unique air-driven system that mates to a Micro Matic Fill Coupler and is used to agitate or mix solutions. You are going to be amazed at what this system will be able to put back into suspension and turn a mucky viscous mess – back into a product that can be pumped.

Micro Matic customers have used this system to mix products as viscous as resins in some applications. As always, confirm what air mixing will do to your solution prior to use. Should you have questions feel free to call us to discuss.

This system requires that you have a 3-key RSV / RPV Drum Valve installed in your tote. Size your down tube mixer for the specified vessel size. Air supply pressure is not to exceed 125 PSI. Air inlet is quick-connect 1/4" male adapter. Pro-Blend mixers come assembled with 3-Key, Viton®, 304SS Fill Coupler and air pressure regulator.

No. 7339 Pro-Blend for Totes has an air consumption of 3-4 CFM at 45-95 PSI
