Systems feature a unique Stainless Ramp unit that allows for permanent mounting in almost any location or application, (ramp can be moved if needed). Complete pump/motor packages are standard with photo eye activated electrical panels.

All units come with high flow "Stabilizer Nozzles" which greatly enhance impact and cleaning ability and can effectively clean 4 to 5 feet from the ramp surface. Ramp dimensions are 104" wide x 67" long x 5" high on 10 and 20 GPM systems. For systems with side wheel well cleaners they are 200" wide x 67" long x 5" high.

Model SBU491000-OTC480 is a high-volume system that boasts two separate pumping systems for a total of 47 GPM at 1000PSI. The larger 20 HP pump/motor unit is photo eye activated and supplies the wheel blasters, side blasters, and top rinse pans with 27GPM. The smaller 15HP pump/motor unit is photo eye activated and supplies the undercarriage unit with 20 GPM. This system includes ramp outriggers, mounting poles, and extension poles that secure to the ramp frame. Allows for cleaning up to approximately 6.5" high. Additional extension poles can be ordered if needed. 480V power required.

Note: Photo eyes and stands must be mounted near the undercarriage ramp. 50' power cord is included and must be protected and run from photo eye units to electrical panel.
