Various Undercarriage Wash System Options Available

Four Different Flow Ranges are available:
10 GPM, 1000 PSI, 7-1/2 HP / 3 Phase Models are ideal for Pickups, Vans and Cars.
20 GPM, 1000 PSI, 15 HP / 3 Phase Models are ideal for Large Fleet Vehicles and over-the-road trucks.
27 GPM, 1000 PSI, 20 HP / 3 Phase Model is designed for Large Fleet Vehicles Undercarriage cleaning, but also includes Side Wheel Well Blasters.
47 GPM, 1000 PSI, 15 HP & 20 HP / 3 Phase Model is designed for Large Fleet Vehicles Undercarriage cleaning, but also includes Side Wheel Well Blaster

Additional Information

How it Works: Undercarriage System Operation

All Units are photo-eye activated and are designed for permanent locations where vehicles will drive through the cleaning process. Pumps are automatically activated when vehicles "break" the photo eye beam and then shut down when the vehicle has left the cleaning ramp. The System's electrical panels are designed to be manually activated if photo eyes are not needed or required. All systems include belt drive pump/motor unit, NEMA 4X electrical panel, stainless steel spray ramp, stabilizer nozzles, rotating swivel arms, photo eyes, stands, and connector fittings. Electrical panels are available in either 230-volt or 480-volt 3-phase primary voltage with 24-volt secondary voltage.

Note: High-pressure supply lines from the pump station to the rinse ramp and/or wheel blasters are not included, as these will vary with each location. 1/2" or 3/4" high-pressure feed lines can be supplied if needed
